通过对GPS基本原理的介绍并结合工程实例,探讨在建立特大型桥梁施工高程控制网中,采用GPS大地高差代替跨河水准高差测量的可行性,并提出了一些提高精度的措施。

With reference to the basic principles of GPS and examples of several actual projects, this paper discusses the feasibility of replacing rivercrossing leveling height difference with GPS geodetic height difference in establishing the vertical control network for major bridge construction, and also proposes necessary measures to improve the precsions thereof.
