摘要
采用垂直板型不连续聚丙烯酰氨凝胶电泳和水平淀粉凝胶电泳技术对三尖杉属植物粗榧、高山三尖杉、篦子三尖杉进行了同工酶实验。结果获得天冬氨酸转酶(AAT)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)、葡萄糖6 磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)、酯酶(EST)和苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)等5种同工酶的酶谱。酶谱的相似性系数及聚类分析结果表明,粗榧和高山三尖杉酶谱具有较高的相似性,达81 5%,而二者与篦子三尖杉的相似性系数较低,仅为59 3%和50 0%。
The experiments on isozymes of Cephalotaxus plants,C.sinensis,C.var.alpine and C.oliveri were done by gel electrophoresis techniques.Five isozyme patterns were obtained,namely Aspartate aminotransferase(AAT),Glutamateammonia ligase(GDH),Glucose6phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD),Esterase(EST)and Malate dehydrogenase(MDH).Analysis of comparability coefficient and clustering of the patterns showed that the comparability coefficient of C.sinensis and C.var.alpine was higher(815%),those of the two species with C.oliveri were lower (only 593% and 500% respectively).
