摘要
综述了近几年来红外转可见光上转换材料的研究进展,介绍了上转换发光的基本机制及掺杂离子的类型,提出了存在的问题及解决问题的途径,探讨了新型上转换材料的发展方向。认为制备工艺条件简单、室温下工作、宽波长红外上转换材料具有较大的市场前景。
The research progresses of IRvisible upconversion material for recent years were summarized, and the basic mechanisms of upconversion luminescence and the types of doped ions were introduced. The existent problems and their solutions were put forward and the development ways about new type of upconversion materials were discussed. It is thought that those upoconversion materials with simple preparation technology which can work in room temperature have big market potentials.
