摘要 研究了稀土元素Ho2O3和Er2O3掺杂BaTiO3基瓷料,其在BaTiO3系晶粒中可抑制晶粒生长,使晶粒尺寸变小,体密度增高,呈现细晶效应,ε峰在整个温区范围内弥散,提高室温下介电常数,减小容量变化率。本系统中三价稀土氧化物Ho2O3和Er2O3等物质同时加入到BaTiO3陶瓷中后,稀土氧化物没有全部进入晶格内部发生取代,其中的一部分与其他添加剂形成一些非铁电相,提高耐压;另一部分留在晶界处,成为晶粒抑制剂,使得晶粒细小,瓷体致密,提高陶瓷的耐压。 The doping of rareearth element in BaTiO3based ceramic was studied. It can restrain the growth of grain which can make the dimension of grain small and density high, that the effect of finegrain is presented. It can increase the dielectric constant at room temperature and low down the change rate of capacity. In this system, the introduction of Ho2O3 and Er2O3 can not entirely enter into crystal lattices for replacement, and the rest of which can form some ferroelectricity phases and others may be remained at the grain boundary to become grain restrainer, which make the grain small and ceramics more dense therefore the ceramic pressurization is improred.
