中药益母草预防和抑制微小血管血栓形成的作用

Prevention and Inhibiting Effect of Motherwort Herb on Thrombosis of Micro-small Vessel

目的 对中药益母草预防和抑制微小血管血栓形成进行实验研究。方法 2 0只白兔随机分为益母草组和对照组 ,两组作双侧膝内侧动脉切断后吻合 ,制作微小血管血栓形成动物模型 ,术后作扫描电镜观察和用药前后血液流变学检查。结果 益母草注射液能减少红细胞、血小板、纤维素和白细胞在受伤的小血管内壁中聚集 ;使红细胞压积、全血比粘度低切部分、全血还原比粘度低切部分和粘度指数显著降低。结论 益母草通过减少血液有形成分的聚集和降低血粘度 。

Objective The aim of this experimental study was to determine prevention and inhibiting effect of motherwort herb(Leorunus Heterophyllu Sweet,MW)on thrombosis of micro-small vessel by decreasing blood viscosity.Methods 20 rabbits were randomly divided into MW group and control group and their medial geicular arteries were cut off and anastomsed to establish animal model of micro-small vessel thrombosis.The injury sites of mecro-small vessel were checked up with naked eye and observed under SEM;and the blood samples of the animals were examined by hemorheology test before and after injection of MW solution.Results MW may decrease aggregation of erythrocytes,platelets,fibrin and leucocytes on the injuried sites of micro-small vessel.It may also significantly decrease hematocrit,low shear rate of blood viscosity,low shear rate of reduced blood viscosity and viscosity index.Conclusion Results of the study indicated that MW can significantly decrease aggregation of tangible element of blood and blood viscosity to prevent and inhibit thrombosis of micro-small vessel.
