The man' s individual character is a result of the social development in the course of history. Individual character has been based upon the system of socialist market economy so the system accelerates the development, but sometimes individual character can be restrained freely and in all-round way. Therefore, the relation between socialist market economy and a man's individual character must be handled properly in order to publicize and develop his individual character optimally.
