Based on the analysis of the technical characteristic of the plectrum plate part,the paˉper presented some points in design that should be paid attention.The mould structure adapted to the injection molding for the part was put forward,and the working process was described in detail.The mould was put to use and the quality of the plastic parts was up to the standard.
