Design of Injection Mould for Upper Lid of Filter

分析了滤清器上盖的工艺特点 ,设计了浇注系统、抽芯机构、顶出及复位机构和注射模结构 ,制造的滤清器上盖注射模一次试模成功 。

Based on the analysis of the technical characteristic of theupper lid of filter,the structure of the injection mould in terms of thefeed system,the core pulling,the ejection and the reposition mechanism was designed.The mould was successfully tested and could make quality plastic parts.
