摘要
以潜水挂钩注射模的设计制造为例,介绍了透明塑件模具的哈夫抽芯、异形分型面及进料浇口和顶出机构的设计制造方法,实践证明 ,此模具工艺性好。
Based on the injection mould for diving clevis,the designand manufacturing technique for transparent produce was+stated,including the core_pulling by two half slides,irregular parting lines,the entry gate and the ejection mechanism.The mould was practically proved to be good at processing and could make quality plastic parts.
