摘要
实时检测列车运行过程中风机冷却风量随列车运行速度的变化规律,以考核风机性能是否满足列车运行要求,并为风机选型提供科学依据.受风机安装位置及风机前后管道形状、尺寸的限制,测试条件无法满足风机流量测量标准的要求,必须通过标定试验,在与实际使用管路基本一致的情况下,得到风机流量与所选测量方法测试量(如风机全压)之间的关系,为此,用全压法测量270km/h高速列车牵引电机冷却风机流量,通过地面标定试验得到了风机全压与风机流量的定量关系.研究结果表明,所提出的风机全压流量测量方法可用于实时检测列车运行过程中风机冷却风量.
Monitoring the variation of the flow of the train′s cooling fan aims to test whether the fan performance meets the requirement of the running train, and provides scientific bases for the new fan selection. Due to the limit of measuring condition such as the fixing position and the configuration and dimensions of the pipes near the fan, test condition can not meet the standard measuring requirement of the cooling fan, so the results must be corrected by test under the same condition of pipes. The investigation on measuring the cooling fan flow of the 270 km/h highspeed train was performed using total pressure method in this article.The relationship between the total pressure of the fan and its flow was obtained by the groundstandardizing test. The investigation results show that the measuring flow rate method using total pressure method is adaptive to measure the real fan air volume during the train running process.
