摘要
采用X射线衍射分析及阻温特性测定等方法研究了SnO2导电陶瓷的晶相组成和电性能随烧成温度变化的关系。结果表明,随着烧成温度的提高,试样中SnO2金红石型晶体的含量有所增加,试样的材料常数和活化能降低,材料导电性能增加。
The influence of firing temperature on the structure and electrical properties of tin oxide conductive ceramic were researched by using Xray diffraction and electrical properties measuring.It showed that with the increase of firing temperature,the content of tin oxide crystal in the sample was increased,the material constancy and activation energy were decreased, and the conductive property was improved.
