摘要
在探析专用性人力资产及其相关概念基础上 ,揭示了专用性人力资产对企业联盟交易费用的重大影响 ;针对联盟中专用性人力资产的配置、使用与培育等问题 ,进行了企业制度创新方面的特定研究 ,由此首次提出了专用性人力资产半结合模型和合理使用专用性人力资产的三大政策 ,为人们研究新制度经济学的理论基石———交易费用学说 。
In this thesis, on the basis of clearring up the conceptions of the Specific Human Assets (SHAs) and the other correclates, the important effects of the SHAs to the transaction cost of firm alliance have been revealed, and the particular studies of the firm institution changes have been completed against the issues of the disposal, use and cultivation of the SHAs in the alliance. By putting forward first the Quasi Integration model of the SHAs and the three basic policies on using properly the SHAs in the alliance, a wide field of the vision may be shown for people's studying on the theory of the transaction cost, the theoretical basis of the New Institutional Economics (NIE).
