摘要
随着信息化、数字化、网络化的迅速发展 ,高校图书馆传统的“一对一”的信息咨询服务已不能适应读者的要求。那么 ,作为高校图书馆信息服务重心的咨询服务应选择怎样的模式 ?本文就此问题针对网络信息的特点和读者的需求 ,对高校图书馆的网络信息咨询服务工作进行了探讨。
With the application of the net and digital technology in information service, the traditional 'one to one' mode of information service could no longer meet reader's demand and it's necessary for college library to find new mode for its consultant service which is the centre of the information service. Based on the characteristics of online information and the demand of readers, the paper states on how for college library to improve the quality of its information service.
