Characteristics, Challenges and Measures in the Educational Development of Tourism Colleges

本文从我国旅游院校教育现状出发,分析了旅游院校教育发展呈现的特点、面临的挑战、应采取的对策,得出旅游院校教育要适应加入WTO后形势,更新教育理念、推进素质教育、提高人才培养质量的结论。

According to the present educational situation of tourism colleges in China, this paper has analyzed the characteristics and challenges existing in the educational development of the tourism colleges. It has also presented some measures. Education of tourism colleges should meet the requirements of the situation after entering WTO, change educational concepts, carry quality-oriented education forward, and improve quality of talent training.
