摘要
该文以某型火箭炮底架为例 ,在用有限元对多管火箭炮底架进行准确力学计算的基础上 ,分析结构主要设计参数变化对刚度、强度、质量等的影响 ,进行参数灵敏度计算 ,获知纵梁是影响力学特性的关键件。并通过对多组参数进行群体决策 ,选择最佳参数组 ,改善底架力学性能 ,在底架结构总质量下降的情况下 ,使结构最大变形和应力大幅下降。
On the basis of accurate mechanical calculation, the author takes X type of rocket launcher as the example to analyze the influence of the changes of the major structure design parameters on rigidity, strength and mass of the bottom frame of the multiple barrel rocket launcher and calculate the sensitivity of parameters.The conclusion is drawn that the longitudinal beam is the key component in influencing the mechanical characteristics. And by the method of fuzzy group decision of structure parameters, the optimized parameters are selected and the mechanical capabilities of the structure are improved.The maximum of displacement and stress are reduced considerably,in the mean time,guaranteeing the decreasing of the mass of the structure. The conducted research provides a practical guide for structure design and modification of the bottom frame.
