对大学生活 ,人们己习惯了岁月如歌、青春如画的大写意境界。然而 ,大学生的心理健康问题在此却有些另类色彩。由于受到社会、家庭、学校及自身等因素的影响 ,目前大学生的心理健康状况不容乐观 ,分析其影响因素可为解决问题找到原由。本文分析了影响大学生心理健康的因素 ,并结合社会及工作实践提出了加强大学生心理健康教育的几点举措。
