摘要
空间数据快速采集是数字城市工程的关键技术 .研制了具有自主控制和移动地理坐标框架特点的车载式三维数据采集系统和相应的数据处理软件包 .系统集成了多种传感器 ,实时完成载体的GPS定位数据、激光扫描数据以及CCD影像数据的综合采集 .自主开发的软件包具有的功能包括 :后处理GPS数据 ,以提供载体的地理位置、速度和各传感器的坐标和方位 ;后处理激光扫描数据 ,以提供建筑物的距离、高度或宽度乃至特征线 ;后处理CCD影像数据 ,提供纠正后的目标纹理 ;建立目标三维模型 ,实现目标三维重建 .作为空对地观测技术的一种必要技术补充 ,拟解决城市高层建筑遮挡区、高层建筑物立面、多层建筑物复杂结构的信息获取 。
Acquisition of spatial data with high speed is a key technology of digital city engineering. The vehicle-borne 3D information acquis ition system with the characters of self-controlled and mobile framework of geo graphical coordinate is investigated and relative data processing software is de veloped. The system integrated multi-sensors which can achieve the collection o f multi-original data on the real-time including GPS positioning, laser-scann ing distances and CCD images. In the software we developed, post-processing of GPS data which provides the geographical position, speed of vehicle, the coordin ates and attitudes of sensors, post-processing laser-scanning data which suppl y the range, height, width of the buildings, post-processing the image data of CCD which offers adjusted objects texture, and reconstruction of 3D model are ac hieved. The system is a necessary supplement to the technology of airborne eart h observation, in which the information acquisition of shade block and face of h igh-building and complicated structure of tier building, and the problems of 3D speedy surveying of city and quantities of engineering constructing are to be s olved.
