摘要
以日本沼虾为实验材料研究血细胞的体外培养 ,发现添加 1 5 %胎牛血清 (FBS)、1 0 0IU ml青霉素、1 0 0 μg ml链霉素 ,渗透压为 4 72mmol L的 1 99培养基有利于血细胞的生长 ,在此基础上测定了Cu2 +对传代血细胞的影响 ,发现培养基中添加 2 μg LCu2 +时血细胞生长较好 ,总磷含量、碱性磷酸酶活性均表现较高水平。
Haemocytes of Macrobrachium nipponense cultured in vitro were studied. It was found that satisfactory results could be obtained using medium 199 supplemented with 15% fetal bovine serum (FBS), 100?IU/ml Penicillin, 100?μg/ml streptomycin osmolarity adjusted to 472?mmol/L. The effect of Cu 2 on subcultured haemocytes was studied. Basal medium supplemented with Cu 2 2?μg/L enhanced the growth of haemocytes and improved their total phosphate and AKP activity.
