摘要
20世纪中期以来 ,社会科学、自然科学与技术等方面的新进展均体现出后现代社会特征。教育管理理论与实践领域也在发生着相应的变化 ,诸如改革管理组织结构、更新管理过程观念、倡导校本管理与群体决策等管理实践 。
Since the middle of the 20 th century, the new developments in social science, natural science and technology have embodied the postmodern characteristics. Accordingly, the theory and practice of educational administration experience some analogous changes, such as reforming the structure of management organization, renewing the idea about management process, advocating school-based management and group decision-making, etc, which reflect the view of postmodern educational administration.
