摘要
20 0 0年 4月和 2 0 0 1年 4月在浙江省玉环县抛西水产育苗场研究了海水盐度对墨西哥湾扇贝浮游幼虫和稚贝生长和存活的影响。结果表明 :浮游幼虫的适宜盐度为 1 6 5 4～ 36 5 8,最适生长盐度为2 3 38～ 30 0 2 ;稚贝的适宜盐度为 2 3 38～ 4 2 70 ,最适生长盐度为 2 3 38～ 36 5 8。
The effects of salinity on the growth and survival of Argopecten irradians concentricus larvae and juveniles were studied in Yuhuan Paoxi mariculture breeding field, Zhejiang Province, from Apr.2000 and Apr.2001. Suitable salinity for larvae was 16.54-36.58, and 23.38-42.70 for juveniles. Larvae achieved optimal growth at salinity of 23.38-30.02 and juveniles at 23.38-36.58.
