摘要
以稀土固体超强酸SO42 - /ZrO2 /La3+为催化剂 ,苯乙酸和乙醇为原料合成苯乙酸乙酯 ,考察了影响反应的因素。如果表明 :n(醇 )∶n(酸 ) =3 .5∶1 .0 ;催化剂用量为 1 0 g(苯乙酸为 0 0 5mol的情况下 ) ;反应时间为 4 5h是最适宜的反应条件。酯化率达 90 0 %。
The synthesis of ethyl phenylacetate with ethanol and phenylacetic acid as reactants and rare-earth solid superacid SO_4 2-/ ZrO_2/ La 3+ as catalyst was studied. The influence factors were investigated. The results showed that the appropriate conditions were as follow; mass of catalyst 1.0g(based on 0.05 mole phenylacetic acid), n(ethanol):n(phentlacetic acid)=3.5:1, reaction time 4.5h. The yield of ethyl phenylacetate was about 90.0%.
