摘要
以二丙烯酸脂肪族尿烷酯为基料,碘化十二烷基三庚基铵为离子载体,采用光固化聚合膜研制水杨酸根电位传感器。实验中对膜的成份,诸如交联剂、增塑剂、引发剂的种类和用量以及载体的用量进行了优化。优化后的膜与PVC膜比较具有较大的机械强度和较高的附着力,制成的电极对水杨酸根离子响应的线性范围为1.6×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-1)mol/L,检测下限5.6×10^(-6)mol/L,电极斜率为55.5mV/decade,对常见阴离子电位选择性系数进行了测试,电极具有较好的选择性,用于人体尿液样品水杨酸根的测定获得满意的结果。
For preparing a salicylate - sensitive electrode, Aliphatic urethane diacrylates di-acrylates were chosen as photocurable oligomers. A aliphatic .urethane diacrylate based photocur-able polymer electrode membrane with dodecyltriheptylammonium iodide as ionophore responds to salicylate over the concentration range 1. 6 × 10-5 - 1. 0 × 10-1 mol/L with detection limit of 5. 6 × 10-6 mol/L, a slope of 55. 5±1. 5 mV/decade and a response time of 10 s. The electrode shows fair selectivity toward salicylate ion with respect to common co - existing ions. The effect of compositions of electrode membrane has been studied and the experimental conditions have been optimized. The optimized electrode membrane shows larger mechanical strength and better adhesion than that of PVC. The electrode is applied to the determination of salicylate in human urine samples with satisfactory results.
