摘要
综述了蛋氨酸的主要化学合成方法:丙烯醛法、氨基内酯法、丙二酸酯法以及固一液相转移催化法。其中重点介绍了5-(2-甲硫基乙基)乙内酰脲(又称海因)水解法制备蛋氨酸在不同工艺条件下的转化率,以及氨基内酯法中不同化学合成的路线和相应产率,而目前人们对蛋氨酸的合成研究主要集中在海因水解和工艺过程上。
Based on consulting much references of home and abroad chemistry synthesis methods of methieine are reviewed in this paper, by making use of acrolein, aminolacfone, malonate and solid - liquid phase transfer cafalytic aqlky-lafion.At the same time, it introduces conversion of hydrolysis of 5 - (2 - methylethy)hydantion making methioine in dif-fevent process conditions, different chemistry synthesir ways and convesion ponding production rate about using aminolacfone , but the chemstry synthesis research of methioine is focused mainly on hydrolysis of hydantion and process.
