Influence of Loading of Co/Pb - ZSM - 5 Zeolite Catalysts on Yield of Pyridine Bases

摘要 实验研究了醛氨缩合反应的Co/Pb-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂浸渍法制备工艺中浸渍液浓度和浸渍次数对吡啶碱收率的影响。研究表明,含Co浸渍液浓度范围在0.5%-1%(质量分数)内可起到很好的改性作用,其中在0.4%-0.6%范围内烷基砒啶的选择性最佳,浸渍次数1~3次最好:含Pb浸渍液则是在2%-3%范围内最好,2.25%-2.75%范围内最佳,浸渍次数1-2次最好。 The influences of concentration of dipping solution and dipping time on aldehyde - ammonia condensation reaction over Co/Pb - ZSM - 5 zeolite catalysts were studied. Experimental results showed that the Co metal content of Co/ Pb - ZSM - 5 zeolite catalysts was about 0.5% to about 1 % , and preferably about 0.4% to about 0.6 % , by weight of the catalyst,and preferably about 2.25% to about 2.75% ,and dipping time was suitable 1 or 2.
