单细胞蛋白(SCP)的应用与发展前景 被引量:1

摘要 主要就单细胞蛋白(SCP)的特征及营养评价,单细胞蛋白的6个生产种类(烷烃SCP、天然气SCP、甲醇SCP、乙醇sCP、菌蛋白、纤维素蛋白)进行较为详细的论述,最后指出单细胞蛋白的大规模应用主要取决于技术的进步、原料价格的下降,以降低产品成本,使其产品价格与其它如大豆、鱼粉等蛋白质相比能有较强的竞争优势。
