摘要
低温高强度堵剂是针对吐哈油田地层温度低、微裂缝相对发育的油藏地质特征研究开发一种新型堵剂。由聚丙烯酰胺、交联剂中间体、催化剂、缓凝剂组成,具有注入性好,成胶温度低,成胶时间可调,强度高,可操作性强等特点。现场应用12井次,成功率100%,有效率90%,投入产出比1:2.8。
A novel high strength, low temperature water plugging agent T201 has been developed in accordance with the developed micro-fractures and low formation temperature of Tuha oilfeild geological characteristics. Its formula constitutes HPAM, intermediate compounds of gellant, catalyst, retardant. Its advantages are good quality for injection, forming gel at low temperature and the adjustable time of gelling. Its field application was effective, with 100% success ratio, 90% valid ratio and 1:2.8 input-output ratio.
