吐哈油田葡北3-12井超长封固段固井技术

THE CEMENTING TECHNIQUE USED IN A ULTR-LONG INTERVAL IN WELL PUBEI3-12, TUHA OILFIELD

吐哈油田葡北3-12是一口注气井,由于注气井的特殊要求,要求全井封固,封固段长达3610m,是吐哈近几年封固段最长井之一。该井在吐哈钻采院精心设计和吐哈钻井公司密切组织配合下,开展了以下研究:(1)三段三凝制水泥浆体系的研究,保证固井候凝过程中井底压力平衡;(2)优化水泥浆配方研究,保证施工安全;(3)固井工艺研究,采用重泥浆顶替技术,降低施工压力。并通过具有丰富固井经验的工程技术人员现场组织实施,达到了一次性超长封固的目的,完成了葡北3-12注气井固井,结果表明:全井封固优质段累计达2600m,优质率达85%,固井结果令人满意。

Well Pubei3-12 in Tuha oil field, as a gas injector, the whole wellbore must be cemented to meet the special requirement of gas injection. The cementing interval is 3610m long, which is the longest in the recent years. Three aspects of research were carried out: 1) 3 section-3 solidification slurry system to ensure the bottom -hole pressure balance during waiting-on-cement; 2) slurry formula optimization to guarantee operation safety; 3) cementing process. Well Pubei3-12 was cemented successfully, where high quality cementing interval was 2600m long, 80% of the whole wellbore.
