摘要
在n -BuLi/THF引发体系中 ,采用DVB与丁二烯、苯乙烯共聚方法合成高门尼、多支化的SSBR。考察了共聚单体组分的活性大小、DVB用量及反应时间对聚合物支化度的影响并用该共聚物制备充油SSBR。结果表明Kp″(p -DVB) >Kp″(m -DVB) >Kp″(Bd) >Kp″(St) >Kp″(m -EVB) >Kp″(p -EVB)。DVB用量、反应时间增加 ,聚合物的支化度增大 ,分子量分布加宽。填充不同油品制备的充油SSBR和国内外同类产品相比综合性能优异。用“一步合成法”合成高门尼SSBR ,工艺方法简单 ,门尼粘度及支化度控制较为稳定。
The SSBR having high moony viscosity and many branching extents was synthesized by the method of copolymerization of Butadiene (BD) - Styrene (ST) -Divinylbenzene (DVB) in the system of n-BuLi/THF. The relative activities of the copolymerized monomers were studied by the method of GC , and the influences of DVB contents and reaction time on the branching structures of copolymers were also investigated while the oil-extended products were produced . It was found that apparent propagation rate constants of monomers were Kp″(p-DVB)> Kp″(m-DVB)> Kp″(Bd)> Kp″(St)> Kp″(m-EVB)> Kp″(p-EVB) , while the branching extent and molecular weight distribution would increase with the increase of DVB contents and reaction time . It was also shown that The oil-extended products prepared by this method had satisfactory properties by comparison with the similar products of home and abroad , and the technological method which synthesizing high mooney viscosity SSBR with copolymerization of butadiene, styrene and DVB was simple, and mooney viscosity and branching extent were easier to control.
