摘要
介绍了新型聚醚聚氨酯微孔弹性体鞋底材料的反应体系、反应原理和使用性能 ,着重分析了主要原料 :聚醚多元醇、异氰酸酯、发泡剂、扩链剂、催化剂、匀泡剂的种类及用量对鞋底物理机械性能的影响 ,对比了新型聚醚聚氨酯在中底和组合整底中的应用优势。
In this paper, the reaction system , synthetic principle and performance of microcellular polyether-urethane elastomer for shoe sole are introduced. The effects of reaction system comprising isocyanate, polyether polyol, chain extender, blowing agent, catalyst and surfactant on mechanical properties are analyzed. The superiority of new polyether urethane applied to midsole and unitsole is compared with polyester urethane and EVA.
