摘要 研究了分子组装抗菌化技术对聚丙烯树脂多种性能的影响 ,利用该技术制得的聚丙烯纤维有高效广谱、稳定耐久的抗菌作用 ,对大肠杆菌的抑制率可达 99%以上 ,且安全无毒、无刺激性。利用该技术制备的抗菌母粒在体系中可起到成核剂的作用 ,结晶温度可提高 10℃以上 ;还可显著改善材料的抗静电性能 ,使表面电阻率下降 5个数量级 ,对酸性染料的上染率可超过 60 % The effects of molecule-composition technique on the properties of polypropylene resin were studied. It was found that the polypropylene fiber prepared by this technique, safe, nontoxic and nonirritant, had excellent and perdurable antibacterial property against many kinds of bacteria and epiphyte, especially for colibacillus, and the antibacterial ratio exceeded 99%. The produced antibacterial masterbatch could be acted as a nucleating agent in the system. The crystallization temperature could be elevated 10℃ or more. The antistatic behavior could be improved so greatly that the surface resistance was decreased by 5 to 6 orders of magnitude. The dye uptake of PP fiber in acid dyes was over 60%.
