摘要
分析比较了尼龙 6生产中注带处单体烟的几种回收方法。利用萃取水与注带的单体烟在吸收塔内逆向传质吸收而将单体予以截留的工艺 ,对单体的吸收效果最好。单体的实际回收率可达 98%以上。
The recovery process of monomer smoke at strand spinneret from nylon6 production was analyzed. The process that the extraction water and the monomer smoke were transferred in reverse in absorption column could hold back the monomers effectively. The recovery ratio of monomers was above 90% in practice. The main factors affecting the absorption results were discussed, and as was the design of a demister supplied at the top of the absorption column.
