摘要
床的几何尺寸及内部构造对两相流动起到了重要的作用 .建立一种可靠性高而相对简单的相似关系来联系原型锅炉和冷态试验台 ,使方便可靠地预测实际流化床锅炉的流体动力学行为成为可能 .介绍了目前应用广泛的两种相似方法 ,并根据两种方法建立的模型应用的实际情况进行了分析和对照 ,总结了在模化研究中出现的问题和困难 。
Scaling law of fluidized bed plays an important role that people can expediently predict the hydrodynamic characteristics in a large-scale unit by a small-scale experimental facility using with this method. The studies for scaling are summarized in this paper. The two main methods with different dimensionless simulating parameters are also discussed and compared. Based on the investigations and analysis, some advices and conclusions on scale method of fluidized bed are presented.
