摘要
托砖架用于支撑耐火砖的重量 ,高温会降低其强度 ,造成耐火砖塌陷的生产事故 ,所以温度分布研究至关重要 .建立了通用三维传热模型 ,应用有限单元法 ,计算了不同结构和不同工况下托砖架的温度分布 .结果表明 :在托砖架上部增加 2 0 mm耐火纤维会较大幅度降低托砖架最高温度 ,在炉壳外部增加翅片也能降低托砖架最高温度 ,但幅度不大 。
The refractory brick support frame is used to support refractory bricks,a high temperature will lower its intensity and make bricks sink which is a kind of serious accident,and so the temperature distribution research of the frame is indispensable.Three dimensional heat transfer model is built in this paper and the finite element method is used to solve it ,the temperature distribution of the frame is got with different structure and operation conditions.Results indicate that the highest temperature of the frame will be much lower if 20 millimeter fireproof fiber is added,and the temperature can also be lower with fins on the outside of the gasifier shell,the increase of both fireproof fibers and fins will do well protection to the frame.
