摘要
对以天然高分子物质与无烟煤混合物为原料进行制作活性炭进行了研究 .实验验证了原料中添加天然高分子物质量、活化温度、活化时间、升温速度和活化剂 KOH与原料配比等对制得活性炭性能产生影响 ,并通过实验找到了理想的活化条件 :活化温度为 80 0℃ ,活化时间为6 0 min,升温速度为 5℃ /min~ 1 0℃ /min,天然高分子添加剂占原料质量百分比为 5 0 %~ 70 % ,活化剂 KOH对原料煤粉的适宜质量比例为 1∶ 1~ 2∶ 1 .同时分析了各因素影响碘值的原因 ,探讨了高分子添加剂改进煤基活性炭的原因 ,在一定的活化条件下 ,制得活性炭碘值为 1 5 80 mg/g,比表面积 1 75 0 m2 /g。
Activated carbon were prepared from the mixture which made of by coal and additive in this study.Experiments indicated that many facts infect the propertacity of product,such as the amount of additive and activating reagent KOH in the anthracite,the temperature and time of carbonization,the speed of raising temperature.At the same time,thd ideal rang of those facts was found:the temperature of carbonization is 800 ℃,the activated time is 60 min,the speed of raising temperature is 5 ℃/min-10 ℃/min,the ratio of coal to activating reagent KOH is 1∶1-1∶2,the percent of additive is 50 %-70 %.Meanwhile,the activating mechanism was discussed,and the reason why the additive can improve the property of product was given.On some condition,the product possessed of icdine of 1 580 mg/g and a special surface area of 1 750 m 2g -1,and contained of lactone and hydroxyl.
