In this thesis is discussed the attainment of lucky numbers in the new issue of shares, the relationship between lucky numbers and time, and the calculation of lot-winning rate, and thereby is advanced the method of raising lot-winning rate. All middle and minor investors are reminded to take an active part in the purchase of new shares and notice the risks in investment.
