Thoughts on Measuring Index System of the Well-off Society

党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标。小康社会已经成为经济更加发展,民主更加健全、科教更加进步、文化更加繁荣、社会更加和谐、人民生活更加殷实的社会标志。小康社会是一个综合、动态、整体的概述。构建一套“三层叠加、逐渐收敛、规范权重、统一排序”的科学的统计指标体系,有利于对小康社会的进程进行全面地测度和反映。

The 16th CPC National Congress proposed the grand target of building a well-off society, which has become a social sign of developed economy, standardized democracy,advanced science and education, prosperous culture, harmonious society and wealthy life. The well-off society is a comprehensive and integrated concept. The author presents a set of scientific statistics index to measure and reflect the process of the well-off society.
