系统介绍了 IC卡预付费售电管理系统的开发 ,制定了系统的设计目标 ,规划了系统的总体功能结构 ,讨论了管理系统实现的几个问题 ,详细介绍了各个模块的功能。实际使用说明本系统是可行的。
The development of controlling system for selling power in advance by IC card was presented systematically. It established the design aims, programmed the general functional structure, researched some problems in the realization of the system and introduced the function of every modules in detail. The system was proved suitable in practice.
