摘要 介绍了一种基于光纤光栅封装技术的双Bragg波长调谐及传感方案。封装光栅使之产生双反射峰,一个峰对应力更敏感,便于应力调谐,另一个则被温度增敏,更适用于温度调谐。应力调谐时采用了特殊机构,使光纤光栅的张应变与压应变连续并有良好的线性关系,独立调谐范围达5.64nm,温度为23℃至60℃时的独立调谐范围达1.48nm。 A tuning and sensing scheme for dual Bragg wavelength based on FBG package technigue is presented.Peckaged grating is made to generate dual reflecting peak.One is more sensitive to stress so is fitted for tuning by the stress.The other is sensitive to temperature so is fitted for tuning by temperature.By using the special mechanism,the shift of wavelength is linear to the stretch stress and compressive stress.The tuning range of wavelength shift can get to 5.64?nm.The tuning range of wavelength is 1.48?nm when temperature is between 23?℃and 60?℃.
