Empathy and cross-culture communication

在跨文化交际中 ,移情有利于缩小与他国语言文化的心理距离。跨文化交际中的移情包括知觉技能与交际技能。知觉技能是有效交际的前提 ,交际技能是跨文化顺利进行的保障。

The differences in cross-culture communication are various.To minimize the differences,first of all,the psychological gap between different languages and cultures has to be shortened.From the point of view of psychology,empathy is one of the best ways to solve the problem.Empathy in cross-culture communication includes two aspects:perceptive skills and communicative skills.Perceptive skills refer to being aware of others' feelings objectively.It's the prerequisite for effective communication.While communicative skills refer to making others understand what is conveyed by means of a shared language,which ensures successful communication.
