Students are educated in the school.Though they inevitably have some shortcomings or even mistakes,teachers should teach them with love,know their cases completely,show solicitude for every student,trust them,respect them,be lenient in treating them and influence the students by teachers' dignity.Teaching students in the manner of 'breeze and drizzle'can burst forth ideal sparks.
