摘要
语言焦虑有促进型焦虑 (facilitatinganxiety)和妨碍型焦虑 (debilitatinganxiety)之分。本文运用行动研究法分析外语课堂教学中学生妨碍型焦虑形成的因素 ,探索教师如何帮助学生将妨碍型焦虑转化为促进型焦虑的途径。
Language anxiety can be divided into facilitating anxiety and debilitating anxiety.By adopting Action Research approach,teachers of L2 can analyze how students debilitating anxiety is caused in classroom teaching and help the students transfer debilitating anxiety to facilitating anxiety.
