Topic-conceiving is a spark of wisdom and inspiration which bursts out as a result of a bump between the writer's thought and feelings and the outside world.The writer's sentiment constitutes his strength.The objective world is the information source for topic conceiving in a process of bumping between the writer and the outside world.The strength of the writer,the strength of the outside world,and the strength of the bumping process are the basic factors to determine the strength of the topic-conceiving.
