恒河猴血清抗体和补体成分测定

Antibody and complement levels in serum of rhesus monkey

采用全自动血液生化分析仪测定了恒河猴血清抗体和补体成分。不同性别比较 ,除成年组雄性 Ig M和 C3较高、青年组雌性 C4 较高外 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,其余各组雌雄间抗体和补体值差异均不显著。不同年龄组间比较 ,Ig G和 Ig A与年龄关系不密切 ;Ig M幼年组高于青年组和成年组 (P<0 .0 1) ,也高于老年组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;老年组 C3和 C4 较低。

The value of antibody and complement in serum of rhesus monkey were tested by using automatic blood biochemical analyzer. The result indicated that no significant sex differences were observed except IgM and C 3 in male adult group w ere higher, C 4 in female young group was higher(P< 0.05 ). Only concentration of IgM was highest in juvenile groups, C 3 and C 4 were lowest in senile group.
