试点区社区卫生服务机构服务提供现状分析

Current status of providing community health services by community-based health institutions

通过抽样调查 ,对UHPP项目区的社区卫生服务中心及服务站的服务提供现状进行了分析 ,结果表明 :随着社区卫生服务的发展 ,中心及服务站提供的服务内容不断扩展 ,预防保健工作有所加强 ;但康复、精神病病人管理等服务是薄弱环节 ;基本医疗设备差 。

To find out the current situation of the community health services (CHS) delivery and capacity, a sampling survey of the community based health centers (CHC) and stations (CHSS) was conducted in the UHPP project districts. The study found that with the CHS development, the service contents provided by the CHC and CHSS were expended, the work of preventive and health care services was strengthened. The services of rehabilitation and systemic management of psychotic patient were hardly provided service by the CHC and CHSS, which showed many potential areas for the CHC and CHSS to expend the function of the CHS. The shortage of basic medical equipment and low quality of the staff were they factors affecting the supply capacity of CHC and CHSS.
