The Relationship Between Achievement Motivation and Personality

This paper discusses the concept of achievement and whether it is a stable personality trait as well as the relationship between achievement motivation and personality. It comes to the conclusion that achievement motivation has its trait elements, at the same time, it is influenced by contexts. Achievement motivation is formed by environment by means of the intermediary of personality factors, and developed achievement motivation will influence personality features and ways of behavior.
