中西方思维差异与写作风格对比分析

The Differences of Thinking Between the Chinese and the West and the Contrasting Analyses in Writing Styles

英汉两种语言的写作风格在思维方式、篇章结构、语言特点等方面都存在着很大的差异,本文结合大学英语教学的实践,分析大学生在英语写作中由于受思维负迁移的影响,而普遍存在的汉语作文模式现象。我们认为学生只有熟悉并掌握西方思维模式,在用英语进行写作过程中自觉地进行思维转换,才能写出地道的英语作文来。

Writing styles in Chinese and English greatly differ in the mode of thinking, the structure, and linguistic features. Based on the practical experiences of college English teaching, this paper analyses the influences from the negative transfer by the mode of Chinese thinking in English writing and the universal Chinese writing patterns. The paper attempts to familiarize students with the mode of thinking so that they can perform the change of thinking conscientiously. Therefore, they can improve their writing ability.
