2000年～2002年广东省部分医院心血管药物用药分析

Analysis of Cardiovascular Drugs Used in Part of Hospitals of Guangdong Province During the Period 2000～2002

目的 :了解广东省部分医院心血管药物应用情况。方法 :对 3年中消耗的心血管药物用药金额、用药频度及日均费用的变化进行统计、分析。结果与结论 :2 0 0 0年～ 2 0 0 2年心血管药物销售金额增幅下降 ;国产药市场份额呈上升趋势 ;用药频度最高的为复方单参、银杏黄酮苷 ;用药金额最大的为银杏黄酮苷。

OBJECTIVE:To analyze the situation of cardiovascular drugs used in part of hospitals of Guangdong province. METHODS:To investigate cardiovascular drugs used during the past three years in respect to the sum of money of consumption, DDDs and daily cost. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: The increasing range of consumption sum of cardiovascular drugs during the period 2000～2002 has been decreased.Market portion of the domestic drugs showed an increasing tendency. Ginkgo Flavone and Fufang Danshen are much more frequently used than others and Ginkgo Flavone stands at the first place in the list of sum of money.
