摘要
为保证粉丝的卫生质量 ,对滁州市市售 2 9份粉丝进行检验 ,检出含有烷基苯磺酸钠的粉丝2 5份 ,检出率达 86 2 % ,其中最高的达 0 14mg 10 0mL。其原因是粉丝加工者为在漂洗时减少粘连而添加了洗衣粉。调查结果提示要加强对粉丝加工者的食品卫生教育和监督管理 ,改变错误的加工方式。
samples of vermicelli sold at Chuzhou city in Anhui province were examined for their sanitary quality.Sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate was found in 25(86 2%)samples.Its maximum content in 100 mL water in which 10 g vermicelli had been soaked for 20 minutes was 0 14 mg.The cause of the contamination was sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate was mixed into the vermicelli during processing for reducing its stickiness.More attention should be paid to educate food manufacturers about food hygiene knowledge and make them correct their wrong processing method.
