摘要
维生素B12 是人体所必需的营养物质之一 ,广泛用于食品和药品中。为了规范保健食品中维生素B12 的使用量 ,利用灵敏度高 ,特异性强 ,简便易行的检测维生素B12 的分析方法是非常必要的。本文概括介绍了目前用于测定维生素B12 的化学分析法 :导数分光光度法、高效毛细管电泳法、化学发光分析法、间接测定法、高效液相色谱法。
Cyanocobalamin is widely used in foods and drugs, and it is a necessary nutrient for the human health. It is important to develop determinative methods that are sensitive, distinctive and simple for defining the limit of cyanocobalamin in health food. The chemical methods including derivative spectrophotometry, high performance capillary electrohoresis, fully Automated chemiluminescent system, indirect determination methods and high performance liquid chromatography are introduced in this paper.
