清肝利胆汤治疗乙型肝炎伴胆道系统损害151例疗效观察

Qinggan Lidan Tang for Hepatitis B Complicated with Damage of Biliary Tract: A Clinical Observation of 151 Cases

目的:观察自拟清肝利胆汤对乙型肝炎伴胆道系统损害的临床疗效。方法:对301例患者随机分成2组,治疗组151例给予清肝利胆汤(茵陈、金钱草、败酱草、蒲公英、生薏苡仁、猪苓、茯苓、车前子、郁金、赤芍、白芍、玄明粉)治疗。对照组150例给予静滴甘利欣、门冬氨酸钾镁,疗程均为20天。结果:治疗组在改善临床症状、降低血清ALT、AST、ALP、r-GT、TBil、消除胆系炎症声像等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清肝利胆汤具有清肝利胆、泻热利湿、改善临床症状、快速恢复肝功能、消除胆道系统炎症、提高乙肝治愈率的作用,是治疗乙肝伴胆道系统损害的有效方剂。

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Qinggan Lidan Tang(QLT)) for hepatitis B complicated with damage of biliary tract (HDBT). Methods: 301 cases were allocated to two groups randomly, the treatment group (151 cases) treated by QLT (composed of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae, Herba Lysimachiae, Herba Patriniae, Herba Taraxaci, Semen Coicis, Polyporus, Poria, Semen Plantaginis, Radix Curcumae, Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Paeoniae Alba and Natrii Sulfas Exsiccatus), control group by IV drips of diammonimu glycyrrhizinate capsule and postassium magnesium aspartate. Twenty days constituted a course of treatment. Results: The alleviation of clinical symptoms, the decrease of serum ALT, AST, ALP, r - GT and TBil and the improvement of acoustic image of biliary inflammation were more marked in treatment group than that in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: QLT possesses the actions of purging liver - heat, promoting bile secretion, purging heat, expelling damp, improving clinical symptoms, restoring liver function, relieving the inflammation of biliary tract and increasing the curative rate of hepatitis B. The formula is effective for HDBT.
